Help, Hope and Edification

It has been awhile. Several things caused me not to post. I needed some encouragement so I thought I would give some.

There is a line from the movie Roots. A baby is held up to gaze upward at the starlit night. The baby looks upward towards the creator while being told, “Behold the only one greater than you.”

The focus is on the one greater and not who you can call lesser. In other words, the child is supposed to find his or her worth from looking up to the creator not down on others.
